This small tree can grow to be 25 feet tall and 15 feet wide. Growing best in full sun to part shade, in wet to dry soils, and various soil compositions. Showy white blooms in March and April attract a wide range of pollinators, followed by edible berries in May - August. Keystone species supporting 92 different insects.
