Woodland Goldenrod is a perennial the typical grows to about 3 feet in height. It will grow just fine in full sun or part shade and tolerate a wide range of soil condions. It's showy yellow flowers bloom from August through October. Attracting a wide range of butterflies, bees, and other pollinating insects, it is an important species to support our native solitary bees. Songbirds utilizes the seeds as a food source through the colder months.
